The Medical Board of Governors is a group of leading medical specialists, hospital CEO’s, and key executive leaders in the healthcare and medical sector in Palm Beach County.
Their mission is: “To Lead the Way as a Health Care Organization, to Advocate, Explore, Integrate, Develop, Promote, Mentor, and Inspire.”
The Medical Board of Governors and the Doctors Networking Group is unique to the Central Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce in that doctors are exclusively invited to socialize with and engage each other. Doctors and Healthcare Professionals are invited to mingle in a closed setting designed especially to give the doctors time to learn from each other and discuss the latest in medicine, public policy affecting healthcare, and operational innovations.

Dr. Mike Mikolajczak
Wellington Orthopedic Institute - Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon
Dr. Michael R. Mikolajczak is a board certified orthopedic surgeon, former chief of surgery and former chief of staff at Wellington Regional Medical Center. He is also an associate professor at Lake Erie College of Medicine. Dr Mike is a certified medical examiner for workers’ compensation and routinely performs independent medical examinations. He is frequently requested as a medical expert in court cases. For 19 years Dr Mike has been privileged to serve Wellington and the Western Communities. He strives for excellence and mends with compassion. He has created a new team in Wellington Orthopedic Institute with a mission to maintain the trust and respect of his patients, profession and community with a new dream to pass on a legacy of excellence in medical education to medical students and residents.
