Palm Beach State College’s Loxahatchee Groves Campus
Kimberly Lancaster is the Campus Administrator at Palm Beach State College’s Loxahatchee Groves Campus. She also serves as the Academic Dean for both the Loxahatchee Groves and Belle Glade Campuses. During her 30-year tenure at Palm Beach State College, she has served in various roles on multiple campuses. Dean Lancaster has spent most of her tenure working with Palm Beach County business partners, the School District of PBC and other educational partners which has resulted in quality programming and training to meet the workforce needs throughout the county. These partnerships with business leaders have been instrumental in creating internships for students and contributing to job placement, as well as funding opportunities to advance student and program success.
Kim currently serves on the Loxahatchee Groves Elementary School Education Committee, the Women’s Chamber of Commerce Membership Committee, Women’s Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee, Wellington Chamber of Commerce member, and Leadership Palm Beach County Education Day and Leadership Grow Committees. She previously served on the Palm Beach Tech Association (Tech Hub) Board and Education Committee, as well as the Business Development Board’s Logistics/Transportation Taskforce, and was also a member of the Accreditation Council for Business Schools & Programs (ACBSP). Previous Community service includes the City of West Palm Beach Mayor’s Education Advisory Council and the John I. Leonard High School Advisory Board. She is also a member of the Association for Student Conduct Administration (ASCA), ACE Women’s Network of Florida, the National Association of Professional Women, and the Association of Florida Colleges (AFC). Kim serves on numerous other college committees and taskforces including the Campus Leaders Council and the Panther Strong 2026 Strategic Planning Committee. Additionally, her previous professional experience includes teaching in the K-12 private school sector and the banking industry.
As a native south Floridian, Dean Lancaster is dedicated to making a difference within Palm Beach County and has a passion for the education of adult learners. She is a proud alumna of Palm Beach State College and holds an MBA degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Kim is currently working on her doctorate degree in Leadership in Education Administration at the University of Florida.
For fun, Kim enjoys being on the water and traveling with her husband and spending as much time as possible with her two adult children and three beautiful grandchildren. She grew up in Palm Beach County and currently resides in Loxahatchee Groves with her family and two dogs.
